With a recent MS in Human-Computer Interaction from Indiana University, I'm drawn to design problems that don't have obvious answers yet. How people build trust with AI systems, how interaction paradigms shift when the interface itself can think.

I've worked on AI interaction frameworks at TCS Innovation Labs, redesigned the Salesforce Einstein Chatbot experience, and spent two years thinking about what good human-AI collaboration actually looks like.

Currently exploring: emerging interaction paradigms, AI product design, and interfaces that don't default to a chat box.
